Mimi Bartell, M.A.

Mimi Bartell is a coach and organizational consultant based in the Bay Area. She is Principal of Cornstalk, a company that provides coaching and consulting services to individual and corporate clients. For the past thirteen years, through her work as a consultant, coach and manager, Mimi’s focus has been on helping individuals, teams and organizations manage change and increase productivity. She has also simultaneously strived to help clients create and live healthier and more balanced lives.

Mimi’s experience includes work as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting and at Accenture, where she specialized in change management. Mimi also previously held a position at The Wharton School as a program development and customer service manager in its Executive Education Division. Through both her corporate positions and her independent practice, Mimi has consulted for a wide array of companies and industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, and hi-tech.

Mimi earned her M.A. in Communication from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology, also from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed the coaching training program at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.

Mimi originally hails from Winnipeg, Canada. Over the years, she has lived in a number of countries, including Canada, the United States, Sweden, and Israel. Several years ago, Mimi made her way to the beautiful Bay Area, which she now considers home.
